We have implemented enhancements to the personal period overview, providing comprehensive information on overtime, extra time, and potential undertime. These details can be found under the “additions and deductions” section, as well as in a dedicated tab within the time report.
Additionally, we have introduced a warning feature in the daily reconciliation process. It alerts users if a shift exceeds 12 hours upon approval, unless the scheduled shift aligns with this duration.
The markings (such as ‘denied work hours’) that are added to the schedule or daily reconciliation for an employee are now also displayed in the time report.
