Coming soon – 🍽️ ”Change my booking”

We know that many restaurants spend a lot of time handling changes from guests – and that guests often want the flexibility to adjust their bookings in a simple way. That’s why we are now launching the “Modify My Booking” feature.

How it works

When a guest receives their booking confirmation by email or SMS, it now includes a link that allows them to make changes themselves – provided the booking meets certain criteria:

  • No prepayment/no-show protection is applied
  • No preorders are made
  • The booking includes only one activity

The feature is enabled by default, but you can easily deactivate it under Settings for web booking → “Allow guest to change their booking”.
