Important information about the employer certificate

From the first quarter of 2026, Sweden’s unemployment insurance funds will update the employer certificate. Information about hours worked and income (points 11 and 12) no longer needs to be filled in – unless specifically requested by the former employee or via an automatic email.  

The certificate will be uploaded as usual at arbetsgivarintyg.nu. If information about hours worked or income is not requested, it can easily be removed before signing, using a new button function in the service.
