From April 1, 2026, the compensation for the first overtime rate changes from 45% to 35%. At the same time, the compensation for mertid will have new rates: 35%, 70%, and 90%, as well as different time compensation levels. New salary articles and their corresponding balances have been created, and the constants have been updated.
