Temporary Replacement Employment (VIK)/Special time-limited employment (SÄVA) for HRF

From April 1, 2026, the HRF agreement introduces a new way of handling hours worked beyond an employee’s employment rate as a part‑time employee. This becomes an additional possibility alongside the options that already exist.
In certain situations, the employee may have a temporary employment such as Vikariat (VIK), Temporary Replacement Employment, or Särskild Visstidsanställning (SÄVA), Special time-limited employment. It is important to have an agreement with the employee; therefore, we provide employment contracts under Certificates/Forms > Employment Contract for these employment types; Supplement (VIK/SÄVA).

The setting for this feature is located in the Employment tab. When activated, it enables the functionality in both the Time & Schedule section and the Salary section.
This setting can only be combined with a part‑time employee.
