We would like to inform you that Visita has issued a clarification regarding the employment categories “Temporary Replacement” (VIK) and “Special Fixed-Term Employment” (SÄVA). This update affects the contract template used when signing agreements in Caspeco.
What’s new?
Visita has clarified that page 2 of the contract is no longer required. Its original purpose was to help employers without system support specify which dates and work shifts belonged to each employment category. Since Caspeco already manages this information through scheduling and time reporting, there is no longer a need to list these dates separately in the contract.
What does this mean for you?
An updated agreement has been published in the system and the old one has been removed.
The updated agreement template consists only of page 1.
Please note that already signed historical documents are not affected retroactively.
