Fora, monthly reporting
The requirement from Fora that the country code must be included on all persons with a coordination number means that from the June salary period we require it in the Personal Register. This as an addition to previous address requirements.The country code is also required for Swedish addresses when you have a coordination number.

New lists for salary reconciliation
New lists in Norway are “Lønnsavstemming month” and “Lønnsavstemming period”. These can be found under Lønn -> Lists. The purpose of the lists is to reconcile the salaries for the selected period.

Compensation for high sick pay costs ceases
Compensation for high sick pay costs ends after the accounting period June. Sick pay costs in field 499 of the employers declaration will not be reported after that period.

Users can remove soft warnings.
There is now a feature that allows users to remove most soft warnings in the salary summary and warning list. Removal is done by clicking on the archive icon. These can easily be retrieved in the Monthly routines>warning list by checking the box for ‘Also show hidden warnings’.
