Accounting Records Directly to Tripletex
Accounting documents are exported directly to Tripletex by clicking on “Export accounting” When the accounting for Tripletex is completed, it looks like the following. Activate the function in your system via Company information → Accounting export to external system, and create a token via Tripletex.

Minimum wage
In the system, there are now choices for the minimum wage for “arbeidstakere uten fagbrev” and “unge arbeidstakere”. For young workers, the levels will be updated according to age. Soft warning for unmanaged schedule shifts in daily reconciliation
The reconciliation of the day now shows yellow rings in the calendar and indicates by the yellow color on the schedule icon that there is no punch on a passed shift. The purpose is to draw attention to the lack of management of planned scheduled sessions.

Create open shifts more easily in case of absence in the schedule
If you add an absence to a pass in create schedule, you now have the option to create an open shift with the same conditions. This makes it easier to find a replacement for the shift that has now become absent. Contact support if you wish this to be activated in your system.
